Classes

Beginner Tumbling

Every Tuesday 7-7:30

For all our tumblers just starting out, no experience needed. No age minimum! This class focuses on drills and basics like forward roll, handstand, cartwheel, and backbend kickover. 
$10 per class

Level 1 & 2 Tumbling 

Every Monday 6:30-7:15

Must have a solid cartwheel and backbend to attend Level 1/2 class. Focus will be backwalkover, front walkover, round off, Valdez, back handspring, front handspring, bounder, flysprings, etc. and technique for all level 1/2 skills. 
$15 per class

Advanced Tumbling

Every Tuesday 6-7

Class will focus on advanced tumbling skills. Must have back handspring or higher to attend Advanced Tumbling class.
$15 per class

Private Lessons

Available year round with Coach Mackenzie, Coach Meghan, Coach Kilah, or Coach Lyla

This is the perfect setting for an athlete who works well one on one to get that time in. Message us on Facebook to sign up! 
$25 per 30 minute session (member)

Beginner Gymnastics

Every Thursday 5:15-6:00

For ages 5 and up. In beginner gymnastics, you will learn the basics of floor work, vault, bars, and beam. 
$15 per class
